Review on 🍳 DEMALO Digital Kitchen Scale - Accurate 22lbs Food Scale with Tare Function and Large LCD Display by Christine Marquez

I've only been using this scale for 2 weeks and I'm on my FOURTH set of AAA batteries! I expect the batteries that come with it will run out quickly as they're pretty cheap, but I've been using new Duracell AAA batteries since then and I'm on my third set already! And I only use the scale 5-10 minutes a day. It's a shame because otherwise it's a great scale. I like the large platform and the bright, clear backlit display. The touch controls are also easy to use. But the battery life is TERRIBLE. Maybe I just got a bad device, but I definitely don't want to use a scale that requires replacing batteries every 4-5 days, no matter how good they are. Unfortunately I threw away the packaging material as soon as I thought the scale was working properly - otherwise I would have sent it back. Our previous Etekcity scales were great on battery life but too small. Maybe I'll get another one and only use the Demalo if I absolutely need a bigger platform. upset.
