I used it quite a lot in the home office. Used with my SPA IP phone 5 to 6 hours a day, about twice a week for about a month. I really liked it, there were no problems. The sound was good and no complaints from my customers. Microphone stopped working after 4 months. I only heard them, but they didn't hear me.
