Bought this for work. It works great and the headset really helps when you're on the phone all day. It was easy to adjust the fit to my head and finally adjust the mouthpiece so I wasn't breathing into the caller's ears. Excellent purchase!

I used it quite a lot in the home office. Used with my SPA IP phone 5 to 6 hours a day, about twice a week for about a month. I really liked it, there were no problems. The sound was good and no complaints from my customers. Microphone stopped working after 4 months. I only heard them, but they didn't hear me.

I purchased headsets with volume control and mute for use with my Cisco SPA 303. I returned my Cisco SPA 303 Revain because my phone company decided that they only sell analog phones support, but I left the headphones to use when I move to a better house in a better area.

I am a phone seller and my existing headset was all plastic and it hurt my ear a lot. This pillow blocks out ambient noise in my left ear and allows me to speak comfortably without having to crane my neck to pick up the phone. I can't tell you how much time it saved me or how it changed the ergonomics of my work. Cheap and does what it's supposed to. No echo that can occur with VOIP phone settings.

It works great with my Cisco 303, I love how Wireless Finest packaged it and added extra spacers as advertised. Instructions are on the packaging. Please note that you need to reinstall the plug, some people complain that it doesn't work because they probably didn't insert the plug all the way.
