Review on Burly Brand B15 1000D Wet Waxed Saddlebag by Greg Mcnealey

Nice bags. Would have gotten 5 stars if the clasps hadn't broken. I fell apart at least 4 in the first few months. The only solution they offer is to send the entire bag back, pay for shipping and wait weeks for a replacement. I asked if they could just send me some interchangeable shots. The customer service rep said they didn't have a replacement. I asked how they fix it and he said they don't fix it, they send a new bag. Most likely, the posts in the images they use are too short, so they will be removed. I'll just do some after-sales shots with longer messages. They won't have the pretty Burly Brand logo, but at least they will.
