Charging port issues

poor location for charging port AND have to use the short cable they supply as its a Micro-USB rather than more standard MINI. AND I couldn't plug it Inas my fingers weren't small enough. Had to have my skinny nephew plug it in and use another endear cable to reach an outlet adapter which was not included BTW. Other than that, it works fine if you can charge it,
