When I first got these points, they were less than I expected...so I gave a lower rating. However, I have to say that the customer service from this company is so amazing that I had to reconsider. The glasses set is actually quite nice. The glasses themselves are very comfortable in the palm of your hand and look just like glass. I chose to hand wash them because plastic in the dishwasher has made them cloudy in the past and I didn't want them to go bad. They are washed and dried to a very shiny finish and are perfect for shaking wine to reveal the bouquet. They are also good for drinks with ice 🍷 🍹. Kudos to Sarah Boggs who went out of her way to locate me and personally contacted me over the phone (!) to resolve my issues and offered me a full refund. I kept the glasses, did not receive a refund and thank Sarah Boggs for the exemplary service!
