Watch out for shorts on the accessory

They work fine but note that the inner conductor sticks out a bit more than the plastic case that is supposed to shield it. I started a small electrical fire when one of them touched a grounded metal box. It would be nice, or maybe even mandatory, to include a small resettable fuse to prevent a fire!
