I bought 1 Portal Plus and 1 Portal to use the video call function for my elderly father. Unlike the Revain Echo Show, it has easy-to-use touch buttons that my dad can learn. However, portal devices require a Facebook account to use the video calling feature. Therefore, for this purpose, I registered a Facebook account for my father, giving his real name and photo. After all the adjustments, including adding friends and family to the calling contact list, Facebook suspended his account, citing suspicious activity. Facebook requested another photo to unlock his account, but after submitting this photo, his account remains suspended. So this expensive stone is in his living room. If another company sells you a device that requires a membership to use, but you are unable to obtain that membership, it is considered a scam.
