Review on Spacious Wrought Iron Double Breeding Bird Cage With Slide-Out Divider, 3 Levels Of Abode For Parrots, Cockatiels, And Conures, 63" L X 19" D X 64" H With Rolling Stand by Jacob Morrison

Birds love new cage despite time it took to put together.

Update: December 2016 -- A second cage arrived at my grandchildren's for their budgies in perfect condition. Perhaps it is age, but a 9 year old boy and 12 year old boy managed to assemble this cage by themselves in one afternoon. Their mom was surprised. Their birds love the room.Older review: My birds love the room. This new flight cage is my second cage from Rowland. The first was a single cage and arrived in perfect condition except for broken plastic cups. The new flight cage arrived with minor and major damage. The minor bent wires were fixed with needle nose pliers and ball ping and anvil. The major damaged part was replaced by Rowland immediately. Needless to say the packaging is minimal starting from the factory since the major damage looked like it happened before boxing. The directions are less than minimal but if you prearrange before assembly and identify the right and left sides for the top and back (pay attention to the threads in the screw holes) it might help. The space where the divider is inserted leaves a gap which I wired over. Consequently a way to secure the gap and still insert the divider needs solving. My budgies are the smaller American breed and didn't want to take the chance since they are outside for the summer. All said this is a good cage. I like how it can be divided making cleaning safer (when I figure out a solution). The new flight cage has plastic casters while my first cage has hard rubber & steel casters making the two different heights. Regardless, I was able to connect my original and this one together via a wired breezeway constructed from the included metal platforms via the nest box openings. Did I say how much my birds love their new condo?
