Sound Good and loud enough for TV 3.1 setup
I actually bought two of these to use my unamplified Energy speakers and TV. One block works with a stereo stream, the other with a center speaker. I don't use them for loud music so can't comment on that, but they work fine for my purpose. Enough power to drive my Energy speakers with headroom. The subwoofer is autonomous, I don't use surround speakers. Basically I set it up to emphasize the center channel for speech processing. I just don't hear as well as I used to.
