I like that you can easily create various types of reports for customers with ease! It's easy enough so even non tech people are able use it effectively as well which is great when trying new things/trying out different tools or services at your disposal etc..
Nothing really but i do not dislike anything about this product either since everything has been good thus far especially if looking into customer service support from companies who offer such software products (TS). Definitely try them all before deciding what fits best within YOUR organization needs first then choose accordingly!! We have used their reporting functions mainly because we need something more robust than just normal text files being created by our system administrators via scripts run daily automatically through cron jobs - This makes tracking progress much easier while also giving us some accountability over time spent vs actual output produced during those times where there IS an issue happening somewhere.
