Bought for a show goat knowing it was meant for lambs. I had to raise the front a few inches, which wasn't a problem and works great. You will need a coat/blanket as they are not intended to be used alone. The upper attracts chips and is very difficult to remove. We throw it in the washing machine every few weeks and the shavings come out and then you can just scoop it out of the washing machine. It's like a sweatshirt and I will definitely buy it again.
