Review on Electric Temperature Stainless Countertop BGS102S by Matt Woodward

I have just purchased this cast iron double burner from Ovente to use during our ongoing kitchen remodel and it works perfectly. Of course, it takes longer to boil water than a traditional stove, but it still boils water. It takes about 12 minutes to boil 5 cups of water so I adjust my meal prep accordingly, no big deal. It also works great with my Calphalon pan without damaging the pan. In summary, I'm grateful to be using this device, although it's not quite as efficient as a traditional stovetop burner. It does the job!
