Poured water, added five jewelry; a set of earrings, a necklace, two rings and a pin. Some were gold, some were silver. Following the instructions, the device booted up and started the countdown. The water didn't look dirty, but the decorations did. It did nothing to remove the jewelry. I've gone through the process three times and nothing has changed a bit. Waste it and it will come back. I removed all of the jewelry and used a $4 liquid cleaner at a local store and cleaned all of my jewelry in 1/10th the time. Yes I used a small brush after dipping it and leaving it for 10 minutes and boom baby it's all clean. Not professional cleaning like I thought I would come up with with this machine, not even close.
