Because Snugniture guarantees that all of their products are of the highest possible quality, I was quite enthusiastic about making my outdoor furniture purchase from them. On the other hand, the piece of furniture that I ordered arrived, and it was of a very poor quality. The materials that were used were of poor quality and easily broken, and the assembly instructions were ambiguous and difficult to understand and implement. In addition, the customer support department did not respond to my attempts to address my problems when I contacted them. My experience with outdoor living has not been improved in any way, shape, or form as a result of the purchase I made from Snugnture.
