This is a big upgrade for the 4Runner to stop it looking so dated with those horrible halogen bulbs! They provide a clear white light. That's the biggest difference, I like them in the cabin as the light output makes them still easy on the eye and I have no complaints but I wish the rear sunroof, mirror puddle lights and door lights were brighter, about it could I'm still thinking replace those that will appear in the future with lighter ones, as they can definitely be brighter. However, if brightness isn't an issue and you're happy with something better than standard, this is a great kit! Pro-Tip Packing tape is your best friend when removing halogen bulbs from your headlight. Stick the tape over the bulb, twist it until it is snug against the bulb, and gently pull the bulb out of the socket. This is a very small and narrow hole, unsuitable for most fingers and tools.
