2 YEARS OF DAILY USE

After sitting in this chair for a few hours every day for 2 years, here is my experience. The product degrades a bit over time, but it's still a good chair. It's a near-perfect chair for the first few months, aside from the lack of seat recline and headrest, which isn't as effective unless you're reclined. You can't sit up and take advantage of that because it just doesn't reach my head enough when I'm sitting in that position. Also, the wooden support tends to slip after about 45 minutes or an hour of sitting, depending on how much you move while sitting. This means that it has to be adjusted, but this is very easy and quick to do. After about six months the chair starts to creak a bit and the seat/armrests lose their softness. I'm used to the firmness of the seat and find it comfortable, but I think most people will need to find some sort of replacement cushion when this happens. Installation was easy, but the parts and the chair as a whole are quite heavy. Over the years of use, no parts break and do not need to be replaced, except for the seat cushion. I was skeptical that the mesh on the headrest and backrest is loose or torn, but it's just as strong as it was when first assembled. if I. This is because the headrest doesn't reach enough height to support a person of that size. I have it as high as possible and it's perfect for me.
