Dentist recommended, seems to work and is excellent value for money.
Why is it beneficial? Because of the small measuring device at the top and inside the bottle, with which you can only take one measured portion at a time. Had no idea how much mouthwash we used that we shouldn't have used. Do you know how 3/4 hats are? It measures it for you, so it's a "great value". I estimate that if you are used to pouring mouthwash liberally, you will have 2 times more uses of this. And what little they allow seems to work just as well. I'm happy with it! It tastes good too, and I'm not a fan of mint at all.
