We received the blender last week and when we opened the box and put all the parts together we found that the right hand side of the base has this gap. I was very excited to be able to use this new blender which looks fantastic judging by the description and some reviews. I contacted the seller's support chat and they suggested that I should try to fix the problem myself e.g. B. push it back. I told them I didn't try it for fear of damaging the product. He said I should try anyway. I tried it and it didn't work. I know it is an aesthetic detail but when paying for a new item I expect it to be in excellent condition and will not attempt to repair it myself. I requested a refund through Revain and one of my options was to get a replacement. I agreed to this because I really took my time to decide which blender to buy. I received a replacement today and to my surprise it also had a gap! On the same page, just a little less noticeable than the first blender I got. I decided to keep it after a short test to verify its functionality. It seems to work well, but I have to say I was left with a bit of a disappointment.
