I would recommend this as a last resort.

Wow. The reviewers are not exaggerating when they say it will take time. Took me about 4 hours to complete it. You don't have to be a seamstress for this, you just need the attention to watch a YouTube video and turn it off. By far the worst part, which also takes the most time, is fitting the parts. It's absolutely tedious and some of the edges just don't fold properly no matter where they're placed. One of my sides looks perfect and the other side isn't perfect. It's annoying. I'll tell you about that in a moment. DO NOT install glue if you want to have a good time with it. The glue will help you hold the part in place, but won't let you adjust if necessary. I made the mistake of using glue and that made the job a lot more difficult. The skin sheds LOTS of pieces everywhere, so be prepared for that. black in the description. GENERAL INFO: I don't think I would buy this again. If it weren't for the sunk cost bug I'd return this and look for something cheaper and simpler. The gray contrasts with my black interior and makes it look out of place; this contradicts the purpose of the stitched steering wheel.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Hard to say
