On the plus side, the monitor is bright and sharp, and the frameless display is cool. It works fine with all the computers I've connected it to. The built-in speakers are good for the price. The Bad: As many have said, the stand is ridiculous. It's so weak that if you tilt the monitor backwards, it immediately swings back under its own weight, effectively getting stuck in a forward tilt. It's fine if you have it on an elevated stand, but if you're sitting on a table it will cause neck pain. In addition, due to the insecure attachment of the base, the entire monitor rocks back and forth with the slightest impact of the table and gives the impression that it is about to fall over. For the low price, it's fine as a second monitor as long as you have a raised platform to mount it on and you don't have crampons constantly throwing it out of alignment.
