Bad design when you need stability
The chair does not attach to the base. This was purchased for educational use and is a hazard. The chair leg just sits in a plastic hole in the base and that's it. The chair wobbles in this hole because the bar never engages. In fact, it's just a free-standing bar in a plastic hole with no locking mechanism. Poor design for a stable chair. I immediately felt like falling as I sat down. I will come back and look for another brand.
