The adapter kit was cheaply made but as a good kit costs more than I spent here I can handle it. It took a full minute to unscrew the old handle and install this one. It feels good, especially for those of us who are old enough to drive old cars. Ever since I bought this car I have wanted to change the gears. The fact that the old one was almost turning to dust was the push I needed. I ordered this Friday evening and it arrived Sunday morning. So almost as quick as going to a parts store who wouldn't take it, and if they did it would be so affordable. Very satisfied so far, I will update information about these changes.
