Great 3D printer with some conditions.

***UPDATE 06/18/2021***I cannot in good faith recommend this 3D printer as I have had three Easythreeds before and they all failed. One had one of its axial motors fail, another had an extruder motor fail, one had a broken fan and the belts appear to be badly worn. If they made them a little more reliable and under $150 they would be successful, but 3D printers have come a long way in a few years and you can do better with a Creality or FLSUN for around the same price or even less . * **Original Review*** This is a great printer with great customer support for many reasons. However, there are some caveats associated with this statement. First, who is using it and what is it for. Secondly, the price and the knowledge, the ability and the willingness to learn. The Creality Ender 3 (Ender 3 Pro is even better, Ender 3 v2 is even better) is the best 3D printer out there, but you have to be willing to put in some effort to put the kit together. The advantage of this printer is that it is ready to use almost immediately (8 screws and everything is assembled). It has a hot bed which is a plus, it's direct drive so there are fewer problems with feeding. It's an all-round good device with everything you need. If you want something out of the box, this is a great option. If you want the best printer at the best price and don't mind putting in the work to build it, the Ender 3 is by far the best. If you're willing to spend a little more, the Ender 5 is great, it's easy to assemble, it prints better but it's just more expensive. If you're looking to spend less, the Easythreed X1 or K1 are also good, although the smaller print bed is certainly noticeable. And finally when you get this make sure the platform is nice and flat and there is no magnetic liner, some are warped and that's the problem. Don't get discouraged either, watch the video on YouTube how to align, find the right settings, many problems can be fixed with good alignment and slightly different settings. Good luck and have fun, it's a great hobby and very functional too! All items you see in the photo (ryobi tool and battery holder) were made with this printer and PLA filament.
