Review on Voxware Intellestra by Willie Midkiff

The ability of being able see what is happening with my customers in their account, it's easy for me as an admin or manager because I can keep track from anywhere! It also has great reporting features that allows you create custom reports easily without having any skills at all!! You cannot customize your dashboard too much which could be really nice if we want more options like different color themes etc..

but other than this there are no issues about voxinteplaza so far. We use VXI primarily used by our team members who manage accounts online via mobile devices such us android phones/tablets (iOS users would have similar experience).
