These nerf bars worked great on my wife's 2010 Pilot. Love everything about them. The directions are dumb because you get a list of written instruction obviously written by someone who's 2nd language was English on one page, followed by pages of pictures with no written instructions. All parts come in one bag and they're not separated, so washer size is really hard to determine. All in all the installation was really easy once I stopped reading and just looked at the pictures. Maybe took an hour by myself with my wife just holding one bracket on each size for 30 seconds. Great look at a reasonable cost!
