I thought it would solve some of my ailments when watching TV. First off, I had to buy an extra power cord (15) to use at home. Why stick a picture of your home and office on a box when you can't use it that way without the right power cord. Then the heat is barely warm, I would say fifteen degrees above body temperature. Next, the massage is really just a loud vibration. The only saving grace and reason I didn't return it is that I love the shape of the lumbar support. Super disappointed. I think I'll spend a little more and buy one that actually works as advertised.
