Well I currently have an IKEA MICKE table and the eyelet hole was too big for the part that came with it that was meant for the eyelet. My solution to this problem was to use a C clip on the socket hole and try to find a much wider mounting plate at my local hardware store. Although I installed this stand with a C-Clam io sleeve, it holds up surprisingly well and I'm actually debating whether to leave it as is or actually give up the mission for this part. the tilt adjustment is so bad. I can't get it tighter than what came out of the box and my monitor is an Alienware AW3420DW so it's a pretty beefy monitor. But I can't complain too much as this hand holds this monitor with ease and moves it as smoothly as it can for the price so I honestly can't complain too much. All in all, if you have an ultra wide monitor like mine, or if you have a monitor that you know will be moving around a lot, I highly recommend you spend the extra money and buy this mount!
