I bought two of these swiveling shower heads because I have 2 shower heads in a shower that don't quite reach where we need them. We installed them too far apart and it would be a cost effective solution if they worked as advertised. When I installed the swivels, they both leaked a little. Based on the pictures of the Revain with the o-ring and the size of the shower arm tube, I was very focused on whether that end of the connection was the source of the leak. After playing with this for a while, I found that my leak was coming from the connection between the pivot and the shower head, not the pivot and lever where the o-ring lives. So I did a few more wraps of teflon tape and although the website says "hand tight" I tightened both shower heads with a wrench and now neither of them are leaking! I am very pleased with the performance of these hinges and their flexibility. They bid when specifying shower heads. Good quality and simple construction and they come with replacement parts including o-rings and washers.
