The item arrived quicker than promised, they responded to my email shortly after I sent it and included a lot of caulk (liquid caulk not real caulk which is not required). They also had the best price, much better than local auto parts including chains. Please note that I am in the same condition as you but you can expect very fast shipping. This product is not as easy to install as it may appear on YouTube, I had to purchase a 5mm lever which did the trick, the 10mm pan head doesn't seem to fit in the deeply recessed pockets of those four proverbial screws . Also, for the bolts on the torque converter I had to undo another bolt that wasn't even mentioned in the manual and you need a 16mm box wrench or a good Lucy with an adjustable one which I got away with. It's all deep under the car, you need a lot of good jacks and stuff because you have to get those seven critical bolts out really well. The rest of the screws are light and I left them for another day. My only hope is that I don't hit another rock and have to do it all over again, this isn't brain surgery, but crawling under that car and wrestling with those bolts is more than a lot of people want to stomach. .
