The best thing about this software is that it's easy for employees who are not computer savvy or have limited IT experience as well because of its user friendly interface which makes them feel comfortable in using their task management tool effectively! It also provides great support from both technical staffs when needed too!! I don't like how some features can be confusing at first but once you get used with what all options do then things become very simple indeed.
