I love that this is an all-in-one solution for my business needs. I can easily input all of my contacts, schedule tasks, send emails, etc from one place. There are some features that have been added since I first started using it years ago that I wish were more intuitive. For example, in the past you could create a task but not add it to a due date calendar. Now you can do both at once. This has made things much easier when I am trying to plan out my week. It also makes scheduling meetings with clients so much easier!
