I fed my cat 1/2 can, 1/2 dry food and had vomiting for a 2 year period which was more frequent. He also had terrible intestinal pains and I could hear his stomach gurgling in the distance. He was unhappy and my vet said he had IBS. I switched him from kibble to Blue Buffalo Ground Chicken because it's slightly lower in fat and protein than Purina True Nature. As soon as I did that, he became healthy again. No vomiting or pain. I'm not sure if this particular food is a miracle, but it was necessary to defiantly refuse dry food. So if your cat has had IBS, try this remedy.
