No elastic loops

The first 4 pulled out of the bag didn't even have an elastic on the loop it, not sure , how many missed it, but I think most of them.

Pros

Please note: bobbles may not look as round and fluffy due to shipping conditions, please understand. And you can blow with a hair dryer (cold wind) or shake your hand for a few seconds, then it becomes round and nice again
