It was good until it only lasted five weeks. He suddenly stopped. When I turn it on, all I see is the "iFeuar" product logo. It's not syncing with my computer and I can't access files on the device. Before the failure, the recording quality was quite good. I liked that I have the possibility to record in different formats (eg MP3). I cannot recommend this device due to the early expiration date. However, they were extremely obnoxious, repeatedly contacting me and asking me to update my review. Even after asking them to stop contacting me, they immediately harassed me to write a new review. I told them that to date I haven't had time to use a spare dictaphone. Now I just used the replacement unit today and it seems to be working fine. Update 04/14/19 My second device failed the first time I used it. Although he only fully recorded a 23-minute segment of a four-hour lecture. When I tried to connect it to my computer, all I had on my recorder disk was a black file that said "Recording" and I couldn't open it, nor were there any WAV or MP3 files . This device is very difficult to use. You need a magnifying glass to read the tiny writing on the LED screen. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
