This camera is almost useless. I placed it in the back corner of the house facing the front of the house and down the driveway. I can walk down the driveway to get my mail, go back inside and enter the side door which is about 4ft from the camera and it won't even alarm! I go through this door twice a day to take the kids to school and come back, and about every fourth or fifth time it alerts me when the car is leaving the driveway or coming back. She hasn't seen or photographed me yet! I was mowing grass with a self propelled lawn mower and it only gave a warning 3 times out of 40 when I drove past it. He takes pictures so slowly that even though he warned me, he didn't get into the frame. My husband went out the door 3 times this morning to load his fridge for the trip and he never gave a warning! I have maximum movement set. My other camera even warns of a deer in the yard, but not this one. We had it 5 weeks. It was in front of our house and there was never an alarm, so yesterday he put it in a far corner. We figured if someone broke in they would have to go through the door so he placed it above the door on the eaves of the house. You would think that being 4 feet away from the door would cause it to warn constantly. He goes for a smoke 5 times a day and sits in a chair about 10 feet away and he gives no warning when he walks out the door, sits in the chair for 5 minutes and re-enters the same door. All with a camera pointed directly at him. The picture of the car leaving when picking up is very clear. That's the only good thing I can say about this camera. It doesn't make me feel safe! Please take a look around and buy something else! If he doesn't even let us come and go, he certainly won't get a burglar! If I could give less than 1 star I would!
