The ability to have multiple people working together at once so that we can collaborate without having to go through email is very helpful! It's not always easy to find someone who knows how to use it properly or has an account set up correctly for me to be able to access their files when I need them. We are using this software primarily as file storage but also to share documents like presentations which helps us stay organized because everything stays within one place (we don't have lots of emails going back-and-forth between different folders).
