very easy to use and i got the result quicker than expected. In terms of accuracy, it's hard to tell from a single set of results. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. Update 01/06/2020: Based on my water results I have very hard water but when I installed a water softener this company tested my water and got a much lower number. I contacted DWS about this and they did another endurance test. The second test result was half of the first result. Your accusation was a typographical error. Now I question all my results. I'm waiting for a response from DWS. Never heard an answer. As far as I know, if an outcome is bad, all are bad. Not worth the trouble. Update 16 December 2020 Mike Beek from Drinking Water contacted me last month about my 1 year old review. He apologized for the lack of customer service and refunded my money. He also sent me a free water test. Although it took a while for DWS to get back to me, probably due to COVID, they did the right thing and I'm happy with their customer support.
