Disclaimer: I bought these for PC use so I can't confirm the performance of the Switch. Grips, click buttons and larger triggers. The V-connector in combo mode is also handy and a good compromise if you want to use a more traditional controller shape. The ability to charge them directly from the included USB hub, rather than solely from rails, is also a godsend. In terms of responsiveness, they seem to have less latency than the first joycons when connected to a PC. require fairly large dead zones to avoid inadvertent inputs. Also, the sticks feel "clattering" like the N64 joystick. Definitely not ideal for a controller in 2020!
