Ever since I first saw candles in my neighbors' windows, I've wanted to put them in our windows. I love the warmth they add to the nighttime look of the home and I also love what candles mean - a welcome light and sanctuary in our home. These candles are well made and shine brightly through the windows. Although the base of each candle is made of shiny gold plastic, they look like metal. You have to get pretty close to them to tell them they're not. I'm sure it reduces costs as well. I thought I would never get them because everyone I know connected them when they built their houses. These battery operated candles sit on windowsills, no wires, no plugs required! I love love love remote control! After ordering the first box of candles and being satisfied that they look beautiful and how easy they are to use, I ordered a second box to complete the rest of the windows. I figured I'd have to keep the remotes separate because I figured they weren't interchangeable with candle sets. To my delight they are! It doesn't matter which remote control I use to control the candles, because each one is in sync with each candle! They also allow you to light multiple candles at once, as long as they are close to others and nothing is blocking the signal from the remote control. I would definitely recommend these eye-catching, easy-to-use points of light as you can use them anywhere. I even have a pair that sit on a cage in our entryway to light the way to our house. I'm just glad I found her!
