These "Hey see me" lights are great for cycling in low light or at night. They won't replace a good headlight, but without them I wouldn't be riding my bike on the road. Because they don't require batteries, you don't have to worry about them not working when you need them. The kit includes 2 magnets for each light so you can set it to a very high flash speed or even a double flash with a longer pause in between. Not difficult to install although the magnets will take some patience to get them in the right position. Without a doubt, they should be on every bike in every home.
