I just received this case today and I love it. It's soft and smooth on top with a stylized Magnamalo print. I'm a little worried that the design might get scratched as you can feel the pressure when you run your hand over it. The back is made of a more durable textured material. All zippers feel good but bottom right corner is a bit tight. If you pull the zipper as you go around that corner, you'll be fine. The inner lid has a good zipper and a nice soft mesh pocket. The game cartridge cover, front and back, is cheap soft material, except for the underside of the front (apparently to make the velcro hold better). Switch with controllers Hori Split Pad Pro is perfect. SWITCH SECURITY: An internal zipper dangles from the controller and you can hear it when you shake it. If you press on the top of the case next to the analog sticks, you will hear them click. Using the right stick as an example, pressing the Magnamalo anywhere (not the air movement in front of it) will trigger a click. It doesn't click when pressed against the outer walls of the case. Corners and walls feel solid, so I feel like the switch itself is protected. Analog sticks are meant to be clicky since they count as both buttons and directional sticks, so they're probably fine. The zippers have metal handles, so I'm worried about scratching the controller. I would have liked the red soft plastic handle for the inside zip. I rated 4 for ergonomics because ergonomics is only really important when holding this case. It has a soft, flexible grip, which is great, but it would be more ergonomic if it were bigger. My kit included little rainbow-colored rubber pads for the analog sticks (the original Joy-Con, not a separate Pro pad) and a screen protector.
