On February 22, I pre-ordered Gran Turismo 7 on PSN, fully prepaid with a VISA card. On the day of release on March 4, the game launched, we managed to get acquainted with it. A few hours later, the game was blocked at the behest of the publisher. By calling SONY support, I found out that a refund would be issued to the card that was used to pay for the game. At that time, were already in effect, 2022 banks were disconnected from SWIFT, and transactions from foreign banks to VISA and MasterCard cards were impossible. The company must have known this. Instead of returning at least to the PSN wallet, in order not to create problems for the user, they issued a refund to the card. Today is May 27th and the money has not yet been received. I have already contacted the support service 6 times. In each letter they write about some kind of investigation, which is clearly more like an unsubscribe. This is not a criminal case to investigate for three months. I was a loyal customer until recently and this console is not the first PS in my life, but in fact the company stole 5499 from me. I am planning to go to court. Later, there is a desire to sell the current console with the entire collection of games and never return to the Sony Playstation world.
