I bought two of these, one for me and one for my sister. I was so excited and hopeful that I bought two. I noticed that my connection and call quality was unstable. I thought it was me because I haven't heard from my sister. We use them when we do podcasts and the ones we ordered before died. Imagine my extreme disappointment when I spoke to my sister and she informed me that the device had stopped charging and subsequently died. Return impossible, otherwise I would definitely do it. Too bad as it was a gift. :(
