Review on VAIL-ORP by Edgardo Ennis

Very easy to use. My supervisor is able to quickly view all aspects of the inspection report, in addition to viewing notes for each section to ensure everything was addressed as necessary. Quick response time from the customer service team is important when having a problem with an inspection or service report. I wish there were some way to have the system automatically close out at a certain time each day. This would help reduce paper work during the week and also eliminate the chance of forgetting to close out the inspection report on time. This has helped us streamline our scheduling process and save money! I like that the reports are easy to read and understand. The program is easy to use and the customer service is great. I have not found anything I dislike about this program. I would recommend this product to anyone who is seeking a way to easily and quickly create reports. I am able to create reports in a manner that is easy to read and understand.
