Decent product for the price, but customer service needs improvement
I like that it is inexpensive for their basic package.
The customer service was not very helpful when we were trying to get our first round of reports back, but they did send us some additional information to try out (which I thought was nice). There are also other companies which offer similar services at much higher prices. We use this tool primarily as part of an applicant tracking system with resumes coming in via email or application forms sent in by employees who have been referred through internal hiring processes.
Pros
- It's easy enough so you don't really need any special training just howto do things within excel itself! They give good examples if something doesn' t make sense right away..and there aren’t too many steps involved once everything gets set up properly
Cons
- Some fields take more time than others.
- A lot can be done manually rather easily; however sometimes automation would help ease
