I thought this looked interesting when I saw it although I wasn't exactly sure how it was going to work. The front "handle" is actually a lever that when you push down, lifts the tray off the front rubber feet and lets you roll it in and out on the small rollers. When you release it, it sits back down on the feet. Overall it rolls well, and without anything on it works perfectly. It's a bit more challenging once you load it up since now you're pushing down to lift something heavy and it's a bit harder to pull/push while still holding the feet off the counter top. If you have a second hand free to pull or push with, it's fine, but if you're holding a coffee cup while trying to slide out your coffee maker, that might be challenging. Still, I like it overall.
