I like how this software is easy to use, the customer service is great and the reports are very detailed. I don't like how the software sometimes doesn't work properly. I have had to contact Customer Service multiple times to get the software working correctly. You will need to spend a lot of time training your employees to use this software. This software is very detailed in the reports it generates. It has helped us to understand our customer service issues and helps us to find opportunities to improve.
