Very bad quality. The size XS did not fit my dog, he was too big, so more suitable for a small or medium size. There are threads with balls on the small straps around the neck. Complete choking hazard when my pup pulled them off and chewed on them in two seconds. The raincoat is poorly made, with an odd strap around the stomach to hold the coat in place. Would have refunded if my dog hadn't chewed the straps around the hood and ripped the balls off. My dog doesn't like to chew either, which should tell you how cheaply made this coat is. Don't buy this.
