In general, it is worth the purchase price; but, after six months of usage (or rather even earlier), it just started to creak horribly. It did not help anything that was lubricated with paraffin and silicone oil; the chair still creaks loudly, and the wheels of the chair have already died, so I ordered a replacement for it. If you are not a fan of cleaning, and there is LONG hair on the floor, then there may be an issue; however, if there is not LONG hair on the floor, then there should not be such a problem.
